The station itself is fine, but there was only one member of the staff onsite with more than a 100 people queueing. Needless to say the queueing process was a bit confusing at times, and tourists weren't sure where and how to get tickets. Otherwise, I enjoyed the ride.

Very beautiful way to move with public transportation, once you re in London. Magnificent view that you can’t have with another way, cheap ticket-£8.30 for a single ride in the central line. Also is a unique experience with these boats. I would do it again

Absolute chaos!!! Disorganised service, especially during peak time. Wrong information given, announcements are rubbish as if everyone speak cockney. Don't expect politeness, be pushy, ask staff twice and make a triple check.
