(Translated by Google) We used the service to get to Battersea and we were fine! Fast and different and nice way to reach nerve centers of London is to see monuments from a different point of view. Veloce e modo diverso e simpatico per raggiungere punti nevralgici di Londra è vedere monumenti da un pov diverso. Consiglio

Rudest crews on the bank and the boat. Complete liar. Refused ppl boarding on the boat because some random tourists cut through, which was due to the no-management of the crew.

Horrible organization and management. We were asking whether the boat will be full and they confirmed that the there will be a place. Obviously they screwed us, the boat was full, didn't and we had to wait another 20 mins. And so on. Avoid as they are cheap fucxs with no dignity.

Unacceptable and overpriced private service that feels more like a scam than anything else. The boat to Battersea is every 30mins, but boats are so full that only the exact number of people that come out can come in. There is no info on the available seats for the next boat. So we had to wait for more than an hour, including the 10min delay of the boat. Because we "touched in" our card before queueing and we ended up waiting for so long, the system "assumed" that we took 2 boat trips instead of one and charged us double the fare. That's 15.40 per person instead of 7.70 to go to Battersea. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get that refunded, it's so complicated! So one wonders how much money the company must make from all the non-refunded overcharged trips every day, this is huge. Best to use the tube or buses and if you want a river experience, then take a cruise!

Everytime I’ve been tempted by Uber boats, I’m disappointed. Seems like it would be such a lovely way to travel. But sadly it’s always been unreliable, either boats don’t turn up, or there’s not enough space and then there’s not another boat for 30 mins. the queueing system also needs sorting out ( a few times now people coming after us were let on whilst others are waiting in the queue and then can’t get on because the boat was full). Letting you tap in and then not letting you board because it’s full. And the only way to undo the tap is to go through the hassle of contacting TfL. Very frustrating this should be brilliant, but so far I’ve always regretted waiting for a boat.

The Thames boat service is excellent. As an old guy I get a concession but the unlimited day ticket is fantastic for a day of seeing London from a unique perspective. At night, with the bridges lit up, it is spectacular. Great boats, great crews and some boats even have a bar!
