I have had my first massage today, I wish I hadn’t waited so long. The lady was so kind, professional and was clearly very knowledgeable. I found the massage relieved my hip, shoulder and neck tension that I just couldn’t relieve with my usual yoga sessions. I would highly recommend, and will certainly be visiting again regularly.
