Vehicle swap over for MOT. On returning to pick up after MOT which was 6 days after MOT due date. Asked to come in the morning for 7:45. Got here at 7:53. I then was told to wait 6 mins for colleague. Not great. To add I was told to come in the next day as vehicle would be ready and they haven't even picked the vehicle from Adams morey LTD.

Booked a car hire for Sunday, very last minute but they said they had one available to be picked up at 12. They call me up 45 mins before, "oh sorry mate we don't have any cars now." Very unprofessional, I may have been able to book a car with another company but now I cannot as its too late. Completely messed up my day.
