Went in at 3pm to ask if I could get my tyres done was told it would be an hour and a half wait… asked if I could come back at half past 4, they said yes. I came back and they said that they were too busy and couldn’t change my tyres! Disappointing service.

Would give a minus if I could. Avoid for MOT’s Car taken in by a local garage to this place, that only charge £25 for an MOT. They do advertise this on a voucher website too. Immediately my suspicions arose when I found this out and where the car had gone, I read lots of other unhappy client reviews too. The car they had, was perfectly road worthy and should have sailed through its mot. This place however, were overly harsh, stating faults that were completely unnecessary and with several advisory notes. When the car was returned to us, We immediately looked underneath for the ‘standard yellow’ marks that show the position of faults, there were none. I contacted the garage, it was clear that they would expect to do the work, that’s why it wasn’t marked. I took the car to a decent reputable garage that was recommended to us, and no surprise it sailed through. I would advise everyone to be cautious of using Protyre MoT service offer, it’s not worth the aggravation and hassle unless you have deep pockets. Ask a friend for a recommendation instead.
