Their care for PPE and health and safety is appalling and demonstrably wrong in every way. They had me welding with no extraction system, no air fed helmet, No fan. When I brought this up with management they tried to get rid of me by trying to place me in a different part of the factory. So they wouldn't have to fix the health and safety in the welding Workshop. I also got told that "I shouldn't of brought this up" and "this isn't the way to go about it" this is clearly a company this doesn't care about it's work force. Clearly it's profit's!
