I was turned away by several stores who said my phone was impossible to repair and here not only was the service was amazing, but it was the best value service in Newcastle.     Took a phone in for screen replacement. The new screen worked initially but then began to malfunction. I took it back in and they accused me of having dropped it! (It had been lying untouched on a desk for a few days) Refused to give a refund or repair their shoddy workmanship. Avoid!!

    I never leave reviews but I felt I had to recommend this place! Was v panicked as I had dropped my phone and the screen was almost entirely unresponsive. Wasn’t sure if it could be easily fixed and was worried it would be expensive but they had it good as new in half an hour for only £30. So grateful!

    Took an iPhone X is for a battery replacement. Was recommended the non-Apple replacement by sales staff. Cost £35 and took a couple of hours. Service was great, however battery performance is far, far worse than before the ‘repair. I also thought my screen looked a little different on getting my phone back, but just dismissed it. However, as True Tone is now missing as a feature on my phone, this company probably broke my screen during the battery replacement (as True Tone disappears when screens are replaced). Accidents happen, but they didn’t indicate anything to me. Polite and helpful company, but clearly poor workmanship and/or care. If you’re looking to replace a battery on your iPhone, I’d recommend spending a bit more and going to Apple direct.
