It says on the website that it is pet friendly, I asked if I could bring my 3 months kitten with me and the reservation lady said no straightaway. So it's not pet friendly, very disappointing

We came & missed the afternoon tea but we sat down & had some tea & some sweet. Excellent service & cordial staff. We enjoyed sightseeing of the huge garden area. The outdoor part is fabulous. I cannot comment on rooms since did not stay in.

This venue is absolutely stunning! I worked at an event held here and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely exceptional and they were brilliant at catering to allergies and dietary requirements, not only for the options available but for the quality of them and also for not making you feel awkward when explaining what you can’t eat etc… I can’t comment on the rooms or breakfast as I didn’t stay overnight, nor did I get to explore the grounds around the house. But this is definitely a place I would like to stay at.
