    my wife purchased some pyjamas from driffield ,when she got home the top was too small,we took them back to bridlington store ,but we could only take them back to driffield,where we could only have a credit note ,no refund. basicly saying we had to return to driffield and have to buy something there ,which we do not require . we will never shop there again!

    Disgraceful service, the item displayed was not available, but a similar item was in its place, but this was not made clear. After getting it home I realised it was not suitable. Took it back to be told that a credit note was the only option (no refund) as this is policy. Asked where it says that, told 'it is not on display at present' After calling the customer service 4 times and leaving messages, I have had no reply. I called head office twice and spoke to a representative and was told I will be called back, still no calls. Thank you Yorkshire Trading for your Christmas spirit!
