As a parent I would say that the accommodation is great, it's warm and the reception staff very friendly and helpful, parcels have been received. The only downside is that you are relying on other students to keep the kitchen clean and tidy!

The reception continuously closes earlier than their shift is supposed to end. If the reception closes at 4 then why is it closed at 3:40? It’s very frustrating especially when you’ve been out all day and want to pick up your packages but they’ve already closed early. Either stay till 4 or change your closing time.

Accommodation is good, lazy staff at reception clock out a couple hours before they're supposed to so if you want to pick up a delivery you'll have to wait for the day after.
