Rob has been absolutely amazing, we can’t recommend him enough. Rob met with ourselves and listened to our own story of how we met and how we work and turned it into the most personal, funny and glorious script that our guests have not stopped commenting on. Rob added in so many personal quotes from our favourite films and music and parts of our speech just made us laugh out loud - and cry! We now have a script for us to keep which we will treasure. Rob ran us through what to expect on the day and it felt so seamless - even if we did forget a piece of material for tying the knot! It is with such a huge thank you, Liz and Matt x

We can 100% recommend Rob for your ceremony. He is a genuinely lovely and friendly guy who takes great care to deliver exactly what you are wanting. We had him perform our humanist wedding ceremony and he visited us twice, kept in touch regularly through email and perfected a script that was both touching and funny while being a brilliant retrospective on our relationship so far and an accurate depiction of our characters. He was widely complimented on the day by our guests who said how personal and special the ceremony he performed was. He also helped us write our own vows and gave us everything printed out afterwards as a keepsake. I can honestly say that he made the ceremony the special moment we wanted it to be and it set the tone for the rest of the day full of smiles and laughter. A huge thank you to Rob!

Thanks to Rob we had the most lovely ceremony we could have even imagined. It was heartwarming, but also funny and as I am from Germany and we had many German guests there too, he even included some German sentences as a surprise for us! Absolutely incredible. We also had this long chat with him a few weeks before the wedding where he asked us so many questions about us and our relationship and really got to know me and my husband and what is important to us. Through that he was able to make the ceremony really personal! Rob also helped us figure out how exactly we'd like the ceremony to be and brought in many ideas and support. Everything was great and we'll always remember this day as the most special day of our lives.

Where do I even start? The best day of our lives, made better by Rob founder of Tying the Knot Ceremonies. When we got engaged, the ceremony seemed like the least part I was interested in, more just a formality, but after getting in contact with Rob I started to realise how good he and a humanist wedding is. He did so much research by making us think about our relationship, how we met, why we fell in love and why we wanted to get married. This then led to him writing a wonderful script that he provided to us which we could feedback on before the big day. Not only did Rob write the script, but he helped with all the confusing wedding logistics by contacting the venue, the wedding planner and other key figures like the photographer to make our day perfect - and with Rob putting in so much time and effort into that, it freed up space to work on other things for the rest of the day/evening. The actual ceremony was lovely, it involved such special, personal and even humorous moments from his brilliant script and organisation. He had a strong, powerful voice and everyone there absolutely loved him and the ceremony, even commenting that they didn't realise humanist weddings were so personal and fun. Rob was available to chat throughout the preparation, including helping me with my vows, my pre-wedding nerves and everything in between. A brilliant guy who then spoke with our guests after who were all full of praise of him. I really couldn't recommend him more, he made our day even more special, and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else doing the ceremony instead.
