What can I say, another delightful service from TXM, This company is my first port of call whenever I need a removal service. They are punctual, professionals and cant do enough for there customers. We used TXM for our house move recently and found them brilliant. Communication was great in particular with discussing our quote and working out how many vans we would need - as we were on the cusp of needing an additional van we went with the lower amount and they were really flexible on moving day in popping back to get our garden furniture which wouldn’t fit. Would absolutely recommend the packing service - best money we have spent and a huge time saver, everything was packed to a high quality and fragile / valuable items were well protected. On the day the team were really professional and friendly and I couldn’t believe how efficient they were in getting everything out and in and reassembling some of our large bits of furniture! Thank you for reducing the stress of our move!

Outstanding service every time Second time using this company and the service was outstanding. It was easy from start to finish, where we had no fixed date until close to the move (they were very understanding and accommodating), potential access issues on the day, a washing machine that we couldn't disconnect up to morning of the move! They made everything so easy and stress free and went above and beyond, in a situation that could've easily been a stressful one. Debbie managed everything seamlessly and efficiently via phone, always responsive, the lads who did the move were so professional, understanding and helpful. Everything was moved in perfect condition and so efficiently, and no request was made to feel inconvenient or difficult for them. It's worth saying also, as a single woman in the property on the day, I felt entirely comfortable. The most relaxing, stress free move I've had. Recommended to family and friends, a few of which have used TXM since and all had entirely the same experience. Excellent customer service and care. Would absolutely reccomend TXM for professionalism, efficiency, quality, seamlessness of service and value for all of these.
