I had treatment here in 2019. 2.5 years later I got a letter to say I hadn't paid and I was being charged late payment fee. I asked for evidence that somone had chased me previously as I found it odd that 2.5 years later someone would. All they provided was some internal email. I paid the invoice and registered a complaint which I am still waiting for someone to come back to me on. I can't register this as 0 stars unfortunately.
