Absolute 5 star service from start to finish. On the phone customer service knew exactly what they were talking about. When I arrived at TWR I was talked through exactly what would happen with my watch. Collected my watch 4 weeks later and it was like brand new. I had previously been quoted 20+ weeks for the same service and a higher price. The cost was ever so slightly cheaper then anywhere else but it wasn't about the money. The service and the fact of the 4 week turn around (I was quoted 6 weeks) was brilliant. Thanks so much.
