A few weeks ago I successfully ran the London Marathon in under 4hrs. I worked with Carlene from Twist Studios once a week whilst she also designed a personalised training programme for my runs that she tailored each week depending on my weekly schedule and changing training performance. She offered superb support over the whole time, a great workout and I would highly recommend to anyone that is wanting to achieve a fitness goal of their own.

    I started group PT sessions at the start of the year not having done them or much strength training before and they’ve been incredibly helpful. Carlene is an excellent PT, very knowledgeable, communicative and observant and she adapts the programme according to your needs and ability. She makes sure to push you just the right amount and I saw so much progress! Would 100% recommend the group PT sessions if you’re feeling a bit clueless or stuck and need some inspiration in your fitness journey!

    I have been attending Twist Studio for almost a year and couldn't recommend it highly enough. It is an amazing little gym with a great team of trainers. I am attending the group PT sessions of Carlene and Katie's HIIT classes. I was new to strength training and Carlene made me get into it and make it part of my routine. She keeps track of my progress and always makes me push past my limits in a fun way through new exercises and challenges. Katie's HIIT classes are the perfect balance of intensity and fun.

    Excellent PT and studio! I’ve been training with Hannah (HCFitness) for a couple of years, on both specific goals and general fitness/toning. Hannah is committed and professional - I’ve learnt so much not just about exercises, but about nutrition and mindset too. She’s pragmatic, adapting my training when I’m injured or wanting to focus on something new, and she’s really responsive if I have a question or idea. But she also makes sure I get what I need to done and motivates me to stay on track. Twist studios is well equipped and the community there is welcoming and encouraging, classes are good.

    Adam is professional and most importantly fun. My partner and I have been training with Adam for almost half a year now with two sessions per week. We rarely have any repeated class. Every class is fun. We have a mixture of strength, durance, weights, and cardio. I've progressed with 4 kgs to 7.5 on chest press. Every class is different and I'll never get bored.
