The service is abundantly lacking. The tips should go to the chefs because if it was not for them, I would not come here. But also, service goes a long way and here there is none. The food is amazing! Although, 20-30% overpriced. On service for example, it took the waitron 25 minutes from the time of sitting down to come to our table to take a wine order. When it comes to food. They are absolutely ignorant when it comes to trying to place the food down in front of the right person who ordered it. Our starters went to someone else on the table. And we had to wait again. This is a fundamental requirement of a restaurant of this caliber taking 15% service charge. Spend: Overpriced, adding service charge to bottles of wine plus they charged £28 just because we brought our own birthday cake. After spending £700 at your restaurant you are going to charge me for bringing my cake. You should be ashamed guys. I will not go back. I hope this helps others. Twist need to up their service delivery game as they are slowly slipping.
