    Twins Peter and Phillip have an enthusiasm to working out that’s fun. I had to stop working out over the last year due to health reasons and surgery. I have never had weight issues but have since put on an uncomfortable 1stone. I was depressed. After rejoining the gym I now attend Peter’s gym classes that are adaptable for all levels of fitness. I’ve since seen immediate benefits including weight management, a boost in energy but most importantly improvement in my mental health. I’ve met new people and now try to push myself outside my comfort zone encouraged by Peters banter. Hopefully I’ll soon be attending Peter & Phillip’s jogging class on Saturday mornings too. Looking forward to a happier healthy mind and body with the support of Twinsane Fitness.

    Veeeeery effective classes with Peter!!! If you want to be happy with your results it's the best, your body hurts for at least 3 days especially if we do calf exercises. In the gym he is very hard working and cares about your results and praises you! 100% recommended!!!!
