We have recently brought our beautiful girl to one of the stud dogs owned by twillylee to have her first mating. I can’t explain how impressed we were with the entire set up. We have been researching studs for such a long time and we kept coming back to “Mojo” who is owned by Pollyann at Twillylee. This boy was second to none and absolutely stunning. He was a relaxed and calming temperament who took the time with my girl. This is reflection of the owner in my opinion who has clearly cared and loved her dog to such high standards and he makes a beautiful stud dog! Not mention, the extensive health testing he has had which is documented and provided on KC register and given as a print out for us. Pollyann was informative, professional and friendly with a relaxed attitude. I felt quite nervous as it was my girls first time and I was unsure what to expect but the whole experience left me and my girl at complete ease. Pollyann spoke us through it, made the situation feel so normal and reassured us throughout. I would recommend this licensed breeder no end because years of experience and the care and compassion she clearly has for the welfare of not just her own dogs, but for others that come through her business is faultless

Someone has hacked Polly-Anne!! We bought a gorgeous cocker spaniel puppy from Twillylee. Everything just as it should be. Parents there for us to see, Kennel Club registration, local authority registered. Whoever this other person is, they are using Polly-Anne's good name and it's a criminal offence!! Ignore the bad reviews, if you deal directly with Polly-Anne you will be as delighted as we have been

DO NOT USE... You can imagine my excitement of getting my first puppy. I found the breeder on pets4homes and all seemed really good. The day before I was due to travel 6 hours to collect the puppy, Sarah text to say it was cash only as having issues with the bank. At the time I didn't think much of it as was just so excited. Then we drove up to a dark lane leading to caravans in the middle of nowhere. The pup was in an outdoor sheltered kennel and I was greeted by a man called William. Sarah popped her head out the caravan and said she was in her pyjamas but wanted to count the cash to check it was all there. We realise upon reflection how bad the experience was but just wanted a home for the gorgeous dog. As my dog reached 6 months he became aggressive towards myself and my partner and is also terrified of children, particularly on bikes and scooters. I tried to contact the breeder for advice but it went straight to voicemail. Through the power of social media I found other dog owners who went to the same breeder, but were all given different names of the sellers for each litter (things were looking suspicious). Upon further looking, we realised the vets they used were over 2 hours away from the point of collection which seems a long way to travel for puppy injections. When looking at reviews for the vets, that's when I came across a lady called PollyAnn Lee on Facebook and could see her partner Tom. The same two people who told us they were William and Sarah. We suspect they import the dogs or get them from farms and stage their own dogs as the mam and dad. I didn't actually get to meet either! This research led me to find Twillylee, who is licenced under their real names, but the pair are also selling multiple litters outside of their licence illegaly. Avoid! Other customers have experienced worse issues with their dogs to the point they have had to be rehomed. We are still training our nearly 3 year old dog and have invested a lot of time and money to get to where we are now. Awful experience I wouldn't wish on anyone

This breeder is a fake and a con woman! Avoid! I contacted this lady, who gave her name as Shauna but I now know that to be incorrect. I enquired about the one cockalier puppy she advertised for sale on Pets4Homes. She explained there was only one puppy left out of the litter as she had refunded the previous customer their deposit owing to them falling ill long term and not wanting to take on the commitment of a puppy. Doesn’t this lady sound nice? I asked when I could come and see/collect the puppy. I was very forcefully asked if I could collect that evening (bearing in mind it was gone 6pm and she knew I lived 2 hours away). She said she was concerned her children were becoming too attached to the puppy and it would be ideal the puppy was collected so she could tell the children in the morning. Doesn’t she sound thoughtful? I was also told a bank transfer would not be accepted and that I must pay with cash. (Alarm bells yet, anyone?) When I arrived at the pick location, I drove to the end of a very dark and undulating farm land path which led past some temporary dwellings and caravans. I was met by the lady’s partner, who showed me in through the gate, past what looked like a row of outside kennels all with dogs in varying stages of pregnancy/welping and I was shown in to a caravan. There did not appear to be a house. And certainly no sign of any children. This story was now no longer adding up. I asked to see the puppy, who paid zero attention to the dog they claimed was the mother. I was handed a vet card with up to date flea worm and injections on it. The vets where this was obtained was in Iver, Buckinghamshire.. some 70 miles away. A long way to take a litter of puppies for two health checks and injections? Interestingly, a quick Google search of this vet practice returned minimal stars for reliability and professionalism. My belief is this is a big scam. They have several dogs on site that they breed with and sell. I also believe they get puppies “brought in” to sell under the guise that they have been lovingly bred and home reared. I asked for a receipt and got told one would be emailed to me. It was not. Few days later, the burner phone goes dead. Avoid! Thankfully my puppy is now a healthy and happy loving family pet. But it fills me with dread how these puppies have started their poor little lives. I am in touch with their siblings’ family, as these scammers clearly underestimated the power of social media. We have all been given fake names and burner phone numbers

Do NOT trust these breeders. They seem very genuine when you meet them until you realise they have given you fake names and when you have problems later on they have disappeared completely. My puppy had many aggression and anxiety issues as she grew older and after finding other siblings and people who used the same breeders they had the exact same problems. She needed so much training and work to get to where she is now. AVOID at all costs.
