Great experience. Fixed my 2016 mac and it feels brand new now. Great service and very friendly. Only thing was the covid protocols are fair but just strange when you can’t be comfortable in the store and have to do everything from the doorway it just isn’t welcoming (no other covid protocols like masks or whatever so this seemed pointless). Great service though and would highly recommend for quick and efficient repairs.

After spending a lot of time trying to repair my 2015 Macbook Pro (The internal SSD failed, and I was unable to replace with a 3rd party SSD because my OS wasn't upgraded high enough) I rang up Twilight Zone. After explaining the situation, they did a fantastic job upgrading the OS and installing the new SSD drive for me. Now works good as new, and the cost was more than reasonable. Very happy and would reccomend!

It’s great to know that there are alternatives to walking into an Apple Store to change a battery on my iPhone 11. But these guys don’t know how to talk to customers, as pointed out by other reviewers these guys can be very rude and aggressive at the door. Not sure I would get this type of customer reception at Apple. I had an appointment booked for 1400 hours, turned up at 1330, rang the doorbell and spoke to a chap who said they were on their lunch break. Obviously in a normal Apple Store I would just hang around browsing some gadgets but here they wouldn’t let you in and I was rudely shouted at by another person from within the store in an insulting demeaning tone that a 1400 appointment meant just that and started arguing about what was discussed when I made the appointments. The door was slammed behind me after I was advised to hang around on the footpath because I was 25 minutes too early. Parking is an issue in that street so I hung around for 25 minutes and then reflected upon how I was spoken to so decided to not return to the shop as they made me feel quite uncomfortable. There is a reason why we have Apple Stores, these guys need to learn some customer service before learning to pretend to be Apple. Really disappointed as I do like supporting local businesses.

Fantastic service, I much preferred dropping my device to Twilight rather than a busy Apple store. My expectations were very well measured with regards to the time frame of my repair, but Twilight managed to turn the repair around at a faster rate than they initially expected which meant I wasn’t without my device for too long.

OMG!!! I had the most insulting experience with one of the staff working in this store, first I tried to open the door which was already open, the person came towards me shouting “how do you open this door, you should stay outside the store” l said l have appointment to fix my MacBook, he took my laptop and ask me to explain the problem with my laptop while am standing outside the store, the way he talks to me was very rude and finally he refuse to send me the quote for the service, and the reason for not providing me with the quote is because he is busy!!! Then he end the conversation by shutting the door in my face!!!
