Friendly staff, very helpful. I stored my 4x4 for 6 months in a container, its safe, secure, there is lots of space near the container to move in and out. The area is all concrete so no bumping around in the van/car as you enter or leave. You can rent the container short term or long term. I would 100% use a container again in the future and I would recommend 24/7 storage.

Today we hired a unit at Twenty Four Secure Storage. We got great customer service from the morning shift guy (forgot his name poss Numah) and also Alex. Everything was explained in detail and they were both so helpful nothing was too much trouble. The service was exceptional considering it was heavy rain as well. What a great team.

Recently stored our belongings here in an indoor unit while we were buying a house. Fantastic customer service, extremely attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. They were transparent with pricing which was very reasonable. The unit was safe and secure, easy to access and on the ground floor so very easy to move our belongings in and out of.
