    My initial dealings with the company was actually fantastic, a keen group of guys who were committed to getting me a job. However, after turning up to an interview which had been scheduled by twelve recruitment, it turned out they had never organised the interview and they have ignored me ever since. I was promised connections with multiple companies, and this is yet to pan out. The company communicates via WhatsApp for ease, they have left my messages opened yet unreplied to. Truly unprofessional, unsure why any company would ghost an engaged client.

    Job searches are an emotional time/ extremely stressful for everybody, especially for graduates. Twelve Recruitment does an incredible job alleviating all of the negative aspects of the process! They acted with transparency and efficiency. Twelve Recruitment truly focuses on creating successful placements; although I was not placed through them, Matt continued to aid me afterwards by connecting me with individuals/ opportunities that would be the right career fit for me!

    Had an interview with them last week, a lady by the name of Claudia was great, but then when it came to meeting Luke after I got a different vibe and immediately new that he wasn’t prepared to follow my application up. Since then no one has had the decency or common sense to let me know what is happening, whether I’ve been rejected or accepted for future role, there’s just been silence, yet they’re all so active on platforms such as LinkedIn; waste of time. Not a place that I would bother going to, nor will I be recommending. Appauling

    I dealt with both Claudia and Matt. Claudia made the initial approach who was very friendly but due to personal circumstances she had to pass me on to Matt. Being the manager director I assume he was very busy but he still found the time to see me through the process - very honestly and efficiently.
