They do not take ad hoc work; only retainer + based, so I can't review their service, which may well be excellent. However, probably not suitable for early-stage businesses or those with very few, simple, but high-value transactions. EDIT - As a response to the owner's response: as I acknowledged in my review, your service may well be (and probably is) excellent, and I've no wish to be unfair to your business. Unfortunately google does not allow an "N/A" evaluation. The only reason I left a review at all is because I thought the scope of services offered is useful information for people to know and not provided on your website. I have previously submitted a user request to Google for the ability to provide reviews where the evaluation of the product or service was not applicable.

I have relied on 3 Wise Bears to look after both my Limited company and personal tax (self assessment) matters for the last 4 years. Great communication, honest and stress free advice. The Managing Director Gurpreet goes above and beyond, and you can tell just from talking with him that he's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and that your accountancy matters will be handled with an exemplary level of professionalism. My day to day accountant who regularly dealt with me Toshmila was always very patient, especially considering my tendency to leave everything to the last minute, and was always available when I needed her.

I started to work with 3 Wise Bears a year ago, as I had decided to move from employment to contracting. I hardly knew anything about setting up my own business, nor anything the various relating accounting concepts (invoicing, VAT, dividends, etc.) It's been a really smooth experience, I can only highly recommend them! Everything is taken care of for you (mostly through prompts, reminders, answering questions etc.), the average time I have to spend every month doing admin stuff is roughly 1h max. I also spent the equivalent of roughly 3 afternoons (spread over a year, mostly towards the beginning) teaching myself about the basic concepts around taxes and accounting: - The welcome package includes quite a few video tutorials that are very helpful to get started. - Beyond these videos I did read various bits on the internet: mostly how-tos from the FreeAgent website, or sometimes pages from HRMC website. And also asked occasional questions to my accountant about various bits. The video tutorials are what is really essential, the extra reading was mostly because I was really curious to understand 100% of everything :) They were recommended to my by a friend, and I have recommended them to other friends of mine! 5/5 !!

I've been with 3 Wise Bears for just over 3 years now and I'm very happy with their service. They do a bit more (VAT mainly) than my previous accountants and cost half the price. Plus my package includes FreeAgent which I've been using for years so they save me £300+ there. Not only woud I recommend them to friends and family I have recommended them ad will continue to do so.

I have been a client of 3WB for almost two years and in that time have had very good service. I always deal with the same accountant, unlike with other firms where you are managed by a pool of people. I find the response to requests for advice very quick and well considered. They support me just the right amount; not bothering me to do things unless they are topical and timely, but always ready to talk through something when I need to! I think the pricing is very fair too. Overall, I would definitely recommend working with this company
