I had a blocked dishwasher drain that runs under my patio that had got steadily worse over 3 months. Eventually it became completely blocked. I phoned TW3 drainage and Gary said he could call in between two other jobs. I think it took a bit longer than he thought it would but he completely solved the problem and for the price he quoted. Very impressed and i would strongly recommend him to anyone in the local area.

So we moved into a newly refurbed house a few months ago but felt the drainage wasnt working properly. Regular sink blockages, showers not draining properly...was recommend to give Gary and Ollie a ring and am so glad that i did. Called them on a friday. Monday morning 8am they were around. They pinpointed the problem and dealt with it. Basically we had major blockages which they cleared. If you have a drain problem you dont need to call anybody else. Local team and great guys. Professional. Masters at what they do.

After struggling with a blocked kitchen drain for an entire week, I tried every possible method to clear it myself. I attempted soda powder, soda crystals, vinegar, hot water, drain cleaner liquid, and even a drain snake. Despite my best efforts, I felt incredibly frustrated as none of these solutions worked. Fortunately, I eventually came across a drain specialist recommended by Google. I decided to give them a call this morning at 8:30, and to my delight, my drain was functioning properly again by 10:30. The efficiency and reasonable pricing of the service were evident right from the start. It was truly a great experience, although I do regret not contacting the specialist earlier.

Fantastic service. Contacted Gary at 10am on Monday morning (expecting to have to book a visit) and he was at my house by 1pm. After 55 minutes he had lifted all the manholes (inside and out) checked the drainage system with his hitech kit and resolved the problem - which was a blockage in the drain close to the kitchen sink. Excellent in all respects, including very reasonable charges. Thanks Gary ✊

Rang Gary late Saturday evening and he came the next day at the time he said. He had unblocked my drains in 30mins, explaining everything and updating me all the time, with good advice on the upkeep. Excellent service. Very professional and friendly. His rates are very good, I had expected to pay more (but I won't tell him that!) Highly recommend.
