I highly recommend TWBodyMechanic. After just one appointment I felt a significant improvement with my back and shoulder pain, and my movement is far less restricted. Also, had a pain in my wrist which I’d been quite concerned about, well thanks to Tom the pain is no more. Been suffering with a very tight lower right back/glutes for about 6 months and it was making things pretty difficult. Still training at the gym but I couldn’t do as much as I used to. Saw Tom yesterday and after only 1 session, I am amazed. My back and glutes already feel looser and I’ve actually got some mobility back. My treatment involved a lot of stretching, massage and spinal manipulation and it’s well worth any amount of discomfort. I think I’ve got a way to go and I’m seeing Tom again in 2 weeks time. I plan to make this a regular part of my body maintenance along with training. If you are suffering in pain like I was, you really don’t need to. Drop Tom a line and he’ll fix you up. He really knows his stuff. Brilliant sports therapist.

Finally i have a found an Amazing Massage Therapist 😀 After months of not having any massage and being in pain virtually everyday, i found "TW BODY MECHANIC. I Booked a home visit but you can visit the clinc.Tom put me at ease and talked me through everything he would be doing. Very Knowledgable explaining the muscles he will be working on. I felt so relaxed and muscles were a lot more relaxed, i Would highly recommend Tom if you are in pain or just need regular massage. Will definitely be booking a home visit again.

Tom is fab! I had really restricted movement in my neck and shoulders due to extreme tension. Also have arthritis in my shoulder, after my appointment I felt so much more relaxed. Very friendly chatty and knowledgable and the cost is reasonable. Would highly recommend.
