    Great Service, took my Samsung tv in due to fault with the screen backlight, i was kept informed about the problem and when parts were due. A few days later i got a text letting me know my tv was fixed. Tv is now repaired, very happy with the service i received. I especially would like to thank to the technician (can't remember his name) that helped me with the heavy lifting of the tv to and from my car. Thank you again 😊.

    TVRS were instructed by Domestic & General to replace the panel on my LG C9 65” OLED. The installers took the tv away and explained all that would happen. They arrived on time and were courteous and friendly. It took some time to get a new panel from LG (just over a week) but TVRS were communicative and returned the TV promptly, post repair. Reconnecting my AV system, ps5 and adjusting the mounts on the back. I cannot fault them. They even offered temp equipment! Would definitely recommend.
