Took a tv to repair but did not repair and did not bring the tv back. He still has not got back after 6 weeks. He was extremely rude to me and swore to me over the phone when I was trying to talk to him respectfully. I do not recommend him to anyone !

Booked them to repair a tv. They confirmed a date and time and never showed up. We booked again and they said there was a confusion with the booking and gave us another date and time. Never turned up again. We called again they said another confusion has happened and will come the next day. To this day they have not called or arrived to collect the TV. There are a lot better TV repair Buisness with better customer service out there. My advise is do not even consider these. Hi 100% is YOU. You was booked in 3 times to collect from Oakwood. Really poor service.

Based on Coventry Road in Birmingham. Phoned them up they weren't open on a Saturday. Guy sounded very dopey talking and uninterested in my question. They are only open 9am til 1pm Mon to Fri. If you work full time how can you get a repair from them? Used the TV GUYS. Based in Tamworth and I can trust them to collect from me in Birmingham.

Absolute cowboys- stay well away!!! They've had our TV for over 6 weeks now. At first they were adamant on collecting the tv rather than us dropping it off so 2 men turned up, chucked it in the back of a van and drove off. When they rang us with an extortionate price to fix a simple problem and we said no thanks we'll just have the tv back, they were very rude and persistently asking why we wanted back a broken tv and what we intended on doing with it. We've rang every week chasing up when our tv will be returned- we either get no answer or very rude customer service including being swore at over the phone (which we have video evidence of). It's always 'we'll drop it off tomorrow' but they never have, and every time we get hold of them they still persistently ask what we intend on doing with the tv and why we even want it back. Attempted to report the so called business to trading standards but there is no such business registered. Do not use this service!!!

This company does not have a unit in Derby, I went looking for them they collected two TVs from me one being my mums, when asked for a receipt for them the van driver couldn’t provide one and said to speak to the chap I had spoken to. He reassured me it would be ok. I never saw them again. When I tried calling they never answered. Stay well clear of them.
