We purchased a TV 3 months ago - the TV arrived being partially damaged. We complained, then the TV was picked up and we never heard anything from customer service again - no email confirmation, no refund. We have been trying to contact the customer service and never received a call back. Very bad customer service and there is also suspicion that there has been a fraud so we reported it to the police.

Item has arrived damaged, several attempts to contact TV electronics has resulted in ignored emails and ignored phone messages. This item is a birthday present for my 6 year old daughter, after saving for this and no response from TV electronics about a replacement I feel totally let down and out of pocket.
