    I have never had such poor service from a company. Not only was the fault NOT fixed, but they fitted a new unnecessary distribution amp without checking the origin of the fault - all this for a charge of more than £570! We ended up with with a worse problem and any recourse was rebutted by the tetchy and unpleasant receptionist. Suffice to say, a call to our local TV specialist rectified the problem - we had a new aerial, new distribution amp and plate installed, all for £190. I would give them no star, but that does not seem an option. Avoid at all cost, as it will cost you dearly.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When we couldn't get any reception The TV Aerial Company came out and solved the problem by installing a Freesat box at over £300. But when things went wrong 4 months later it was impossible to get someone out. I rang repeatedly for 2 weeks and was told each time that the engineer would contact me - he never did. On the last occasion I was told the engineer had made numerous attempts to contact me. When I asked how it was that the phone hadn't rung and no messages left I was told I was being rude and the phone was hung up. Positive - yes, rude - no. What an appalling way to treat customers. How they manage to stay in business is a mystery. I got someone else out on the next working day and the problem was solved fot £45.

    Called them out, they didn't turn up ,then they came the next day and didn't fix the cctv problem and charged me 114 pounds for nothing bloody conned again. Just wish I'd read the reviews.

    Evoy this company is taking money from old ill people he came to to repear the satellite TV are new the man has not idea about satellites. Make things WORSE. Charged 268,£ he made a mess of the satellite. Do spend your money with people like them. Diana

    Agree with all the bad review. Stay away. These people will tell you that a quotation is free of charge but as soon as indoors, they will find the way to access your devices and that will trig a charge. On top of that, they made up problems that can be easily fixed and creating all possible excuses to come back and charge more. So, watch out and protect vulnerable elderly people.

    Website says fast, reliable same day service. Called and told someone would come next day. Waited in all day only to receive a call at 4 to say they now wouldn’t be coming. Not able to book an appointment or say when could come. Told I wasn’t the only person let down…. Should have looked at the reviews!

    AVOID!! They took £6k off my elderly father who is vulnerable. He had requested two TVs be put on wall brackets. The individual named Omar took £6k off him, said it was for 2 new TVs (nothing wrong with either existing ones) and to fit them to the wall. They left 3 invoices, 2 of which were not even signed and after speaking with his bank confirmed £6k had been taken in total. Absolutely disgusting to take advantage of someone vulnerable like this.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TV Aerial Co website states “Free quotes and no call out fee”. I was told it was almost certainly a problem with the aerial and was told I would have to pay £70.80 to have the cable and aerial inspected, which I think amounts to a call out fee! I was told I needed a new aerial which was installed for the sum of £315. Following this there was still times the picture was a bit fuzzy so I bought a new TV, thereby hoping there wouldn’t be further problems. However, there were still fuzzy lines going across the screen on all channels at various times. I phoned TV Aerial Co and was told that I had to accept the charge of £70.80 before an engineer would attend, which wouldn’t be payable if it was a problem with the new aerial which I was told was very unlikely. I was told it could be that the new TV needed tuning – I told her that when I installed it, it tuned automatically as I believe all new TVs do. I was told again that it may need re-tuning as the new aerial was tuned to the old TV - this is rubbish. She told me it could be a problem with the cable which would mean paying the £70.80 call out (your company states no call out charge) and a charge for the cable, which she couldn’t tell me how much that would be; I had been told the cable would be checked on the first visit. I decided to have a different local aerial engineer attend who was disgusted that only the top of the aerial had been replaced which wouldn't solve the problem. On diagnosing the problem an amplifier was fitted which should have been done originally and which has completely solved the problem.
