I’m taking the time to write this review of Tutor Doctor because I found looking for a tutor nerve wracking experience so I hope this may help parents in the same situation. I worried not only about being unable to find someone who could genuinely help my daughter, but also about being put into a commercial one size fits all operation. Tutor Doctor's approach was reassuring form the start. They invested time and effort to get to know my daughter and to find someone who is able to understand her and her learning profile, even though it meant extra consultations and reviews. In the last 6 months my daughter has gone from a very borderline pass prospect at GCSE maths to a confident candidate who now enjoys a subject that she has dreaded for years. I am quite honestly amazed at the difference her tutor has made would thoroughly recommend Tutor Doctor to understand each child as an individual and find the right person to support them.

From the stance of a tutor, the TD team is very straightforward to communicate with, always treating its tutors with a large deal of respect. Furthermore, the consultation reports filed by the team are highly informative and comprehensive, allowing tutors to provide a more precisely tailored experience for their students. I would also add that the rate of pay is reasonable, particularly for those who've worked side-by-side with TD for a significant period of time. I would definitely recommend Tutor Doctor for any tutors looking to collaborate with an organization and still maintain a large degree of autonomy in their work.
