Beth is just super at what she does. I had MLD (Manual lymphatic drainage) after surgery and Beth's therapy has really helped with my recovery. Beth offered support even outside of my appointment and taught me how to do it myself at home and so there was help whenever I needed it. I would highly recommend if you need a therapist who knows their stuff and makes you feel comfortable from the get go. Going to miss my session's with you Beth, thank you for all of your help and support

After struggling with a heel problem for a couple of weeks and unable to get to see a doctor the wife suggested i see Beth for help. after the first consultation Beth had diagnosed the problem and started treatment , a further 2 visits and everything is looking 100% better. getting the right advise / treatment is always the key and this is what Beth does. i can not thank her enough , i can highly recommend to everyone

In October 2017 I had a bad cycling accident and shattered my femur. I had surgery abd ad it pinned and screwed. It is thanks to Tuteca Sport Therapy that I not only managed to get back walking again, full use of my leg. But taking part and finishing the 2019 Manchester marathon. Less than 18 months since my accident. I had various treatments, advice and training advice, which made this all possible. You get a compile personalised treatment and support. If I had just stuck with what the NHS gave me I would still be on crutches now. I can highly recommend them as an amazing sports therapist.

My shoulders have been painful for years due to whiplash but they have improved tremendously since Beth starting treating me.
