I have just purchased 2 bags from this wonderful company, the personal service from Lucy and Gillian was so kind and helpful. This is my 3rd purchase from this company and am so pleased with each bag, quality and finish more than competes with some of my way more expensive Designer bags. The packaging was just so exquisite, I cannot contemplate chucking the beautiful box delivered in. Delivery was so rapid , delivery to Ireland day after posting .. not something I am familiar with. Buy once, cry once. After 9 years of use I'm looking into sending mine in for refurbishment. Seems to be about how long the Clipper lasts before the brass-on-brass hardware wears thin. By the way, I get a lot of compliments on how the bag looks, and I'm in I.T., a profession whose motto is "I'd thank you, but system administration is a thankless job." Update: Sent in for refurbishment. A+ job on the work. Thanks!

Lovely quality bag. Great design, it opens up wide and has a large flat base which is good for folding clothes onto. I chose the small size weekender which fits nicely below the size of a carry on case in capacity. The customer service was excellent.

So my name is Travis from PHX Arizona, USA. I did maybe a month of research before choosing the Piccadilly bag from Tusting. I bought into Tusting more than the bag itself. Tusting has a deeper "why" than just selling product which relates to me. I wanted to have something for years to come that grows with sentimental value. You can clearly tell how special their quality is through the feel, smell and design. They have literally made their owns bags since 1875 which stands on its own platform.
