I have been running my own business since 2002, in that time I have commissioned a few videos for different projects; how to repair plastic bumpers (technical, close up hand work), Director level testimonials (talking heads), why do customers buy? (concept explanation). The work completed by Tusko was a show reel / testimonials from Bristol Caravans. The guys took their time to understand the business, it wasn’t just about "video", they asked lots of open questions, they wanted to discover what made the business tick, this transferred into a discussion of how to present the DNA of the business into images. We are a service based business, and selling service is sometimes described as selling the invisible, as a prospect doesn’t really know what they are buying until the service is being delivered. Tusko worked hard to turn words and description into a tangible story demonstrated in film. Tusko get business or what makes an organisation different. It’s really like having our very own in-house production team at our disposal whenever we need them. What has really impressed us about Tusko is their ability to see our vision as a charity, understand the needs of our beneficiaries and go above and beyond to help us get there.
