(1) Car delivered scratched - 1 month delay whilst they resprayed it. (2) Failed to update their records with a change of email and hence failed to forward parking ticket (3) They claim to offer a collection service for annual servicing but there are never any collections slots when the time comes so its left to the customer to deliver their car for servicing and pay for the subsequent onward public transport. I am sure they are no worse than any other company, but don't assume that the glossy website and slick pitch reflects reality.

Shockingly poor customer service. Car keeps being delayed and delayed - now on third delay - originally 13 months - gradually been extended to 21 months and still no confirmation. they don't seem to be able to get cars. If you call the dealer direct they said they could have had the car within 12 months. But as Tusker admit they are back of the queue. This company is only good for your mass production models or if already in stock. Something bespoke forget it. The excuses given by the company are generally not true - Tusker are undoubtedly back of the queue. Offering an alternative car isn’t the answer. No one orders a specific car to then be told sorry we can’t give you this one but here’s another completely different one of lower quality we can offer you. That’s called bait and switch and its not a tactic many people like nor considered good customer service unless its providing a superior product for same price (and that’s not what Tusker are offering at all).

Following my completion of your service survey, I was rather frustrated in trying to arrange an insurance document to be sent through as I needed a courtesy car from the garage whilst my car was there. It took me calling your generic number 4 times before finally speaking to someone who could help. It would have been much more simple if Tusker could have done this directly with the garage rather than me needing to arrange this. Once I did finally speak to the correct person, an insurance document was emailed to me a few hours later.

I've had a really good experience of ordering a Salary Sacrifice EV from Tusker. Massive thank you to Danielle and Bruno. All of the staff I had spoken to were very pleasant and always rang me back when they said they would. My order may not have been the easiest to deal with. Once it was cancelled by the dealership (Kia couldn't fulfil my order). On three occasions I cancelled an re-ordered the vehicle (due to the quoted price dropping in line with Tesla price reductions). I was never treated as a burden, and always welcome to make the changes suited to me. Hope the same standard of service continues throughout the lease term should I need to get in touch!
