Ordered a turtle mat which I liked. However even after numerous emails the company was either unwilling or unable to deliver. They claimed it could not be delivered - we even have a delivery box for when we are not there. They then claimed it was at a local post office - this branch was actually temporarily closed. Numerous emails later we pulled the plug and got a refund. Poor experience overall - I dont think they want to sell their products. Shame really the mats look superb

I bought a Turtle Mat runner from the Morris Collection last week for my kitchen to go in front of my sink and dishwasher and was delighted with it. The quality and style was just what I wanted and delivery was really quick so I've just ordered another 2 smaller mats for another part of the house. The fact that they are washable was a big plus especially with having a dog.

Customer Service is appalling. There is no ownership of issues. Ordered on line 23 April 2022 and its now 17th May 2022 and the order has not been received. Call waiting times are very long and when getting through to a representative there is no accountability. They could not even re-organize the re-delivery, emailing me to tell that the Parcelforce are not picking up the phone. No worries, as have just called ParcelForce myself; delivery is tomorrow. The matts are great as already have two but I will not be returning as a customer after this third experience. What an awful time wasting experience.

The product is fine, the customer service appalling. We've used these products for years and they work but when they supply a faulty product (colour didn't match either the website representation or the photo in their brochure) they dig their heels in and refuse to accept responsibility.

Customer Service / Admin is appalling. Over the past 8 weeks I twice requested a brochure. None arrived so I emailed asking if there was a delay. I didn't even get an acknowledgement never mind an answer to my question. A polite reply would be appreciated. I know all the mats are online but I'm requesting a brochure for someone else who doesn't use a computer. Doesn't Turtle Mat want the custom.

I ordered £160 worth of Turtle Mat products on the 16.05.21 and was ok that there was a 7-10 day wait coz of COVID. It’s now the 07.06.21, and 6 phone calls, 3 emails I’m no closer to knowing if I’m to receive what I paid for! To say the customer service is shocking is an understatement. I’m now having to call my credit card provider in order to start a claim against this company to get my money back. I will find a company that actually wants my business, and has something approaching customer service. UPDATE: I’ve adjusted the rating from 1 star to 3 as I have had a response from the customer service rep. Once the single customer service rep was back from sick leave it was dealt with and a partial refund was issued.

Having been an avid fan of Turtle Mats for many, many years, I am so very disappointed at the level of service I received with my latest order. Notwithstanding all the current restrictions, communication has varied from wrong to non-existant! No notification my order had been despatched, was on its way, due for delivery etc ... it just arrived! And when it did, the colours were nothing like what was shown on the screen, really disappointing. I returned it, indicating I would like to exchange it for a different mat, upon which I received a despatch note ... for my original order!! There has been no subsequent communication, save for a refund into my bank ... no acknowledgement, no apology, nothing. Poorly done, and I won't be bothering ordering again, too much hassle and there are plenty of other suppliers out there now.

I've had a few mats from turtle over the years. Easily the best in the business. they absorb all the muck and mess when walking indoors and are easily washed in a standard washing machine. Some really great designs too. Highly recommended.
