Visited the Leeds branch today for the first time with my family, found the greeting very poor when we arrived and asked to move tables. This was from the manager too, very rude and awful attitude. Toilets were disgusting. Food was the best thing about our visit and the waiting staff were lovely. The 3 stars are for the food, the managers customer service 0 stars.
