We booked a survey with Turnkey for a property we are purchasing. The communication from booking stage was great and Craig sent the report to us 24hrs after the survey. We also had a 40 minute phone call afterwards with Craig to discuss all his comments in the report, he was very thorough and took his time to ensure we understood everything.
