Bit chaotic but lots of stuff for art especially, and pretty much had everything I needed for my model making project, plus the people are very lovely and helpful. It is an expensive store though but very handy where it is!

What a great service. Big shout out to Harry, couldn’t have ask for more. Alway prompt to responded and really put the customer first. I wish all services were this easy and this good. The support I got when I had a concern was dealt with without delay (second to none). I know if I have a genuine issues in the future that it will 100% be dealt with in a professional and fair manner. The package came well protected. I will definitely be coming back!!! I called in advance to inquire about a product and was greeted by Nicky, who was evidently swarmed with customers. Despite having many things happening at once, she was extremely patient and polite with me on the phone and located what I needed quickly. She kept the items aside for me and I arrived to friendly service and a lovely conversation. I’m very grateful that I didn’t need to travel into central London for what I needed. Easy five stars for a small business.
