We decided on a portrait of all our dogs past and present as a Silver Wedding present to each other. Looked at a lot of websites but Turned and Walker stood out for the artwork. Lucy the artist on our portrait answered all our questions gave us a great price for our massive A1 portrait and put our dogs exactly how we wanted them to look. The realism and artwork provided by Lucy was fantastic. So much so it did bring a tear to my eye to see them all together like that. Louise and I absolutely love this and all our thanks go to T and W especially Lucy our Star. Thank you

Terrible service on every level. By placing your trust in 'expert hands' one would have hoped they may have highlighted that a photo is not compatible with the background image rather than hash together an embarrassingly poor representation. It certainly was not a flawless representation of our pet as they claim. They ignored my email and when I chased it up 5 days later, I received a reply that the picture had already been printed and shipped without my consent. Apparently it's acceptible to provide such a low level of customer service if you write a get-out clause into your terms and conditions. I've paid a decent amount of money for a picture that has no place but the bin. Why take a chance with this company when you can go to Purr and Mutt instead for good service and quality art?

I wanted a portrait of our dog, Ralph, but wanted something different, something with a bit of humour to it, but also something that would capture his personality (he could be quite aloof when the mood took him!). I chanced across Turner & Walker's website and decided to take a chance. The order process was very straight forward, I found a scene that I thought suited him, added a photograph and they went to work. Lucy kept me informed every step of the way - even giving me the chance to make changes after they'd created the image for me. When the print arrived I was absolutely delighted with the quality, and as you can see it's now framed and mounted on the wall in the kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend Turner & Walker - I was so impressed with Ralph's portrait I commisoned two more of our other dogs, Fred & Dave. They have arrived recently and I am just as happy with them as I was the first. Both are at the framers as I type - I can't wait to get them on the wall. Outstanding product & service. My latest purchase was made for my son's birthday and i chose steampunked (our cocker spaniel being the subject). It arrived in time for the day, as promised, and exceeded my expectations, it is absolutely fabulous! Unfortunately we haven't yet had it framed so its difficult for me to post a picture, but i will at a later date. This is the 3rd we have had from them, one was a present for me and then I've subsequently purchased one for my younger son of his cat and then this one. All have been brilliant and great fun to see. I would highly recommend Turner and Walker to anyone. Fantastic service and brilliant pictures.
