Roof Survey Report & Estimate completed for mortgage purposes. We contacted many companies who were unresponsive to the request! In contrast, Shaun called to arrange an appointment within less than 24 hours and completed the survey and the report within promised and excellent timescales! We had several phone calls during the process to discuss our options/preferences and photos showing the various different aspects/defects of the roof. The mortgage company were satisfied with the report and estimate, which enabled them to provide a lending decision. Although we haven't yet used Turner Roofing to carry out work, if their roofing is as professional as the survey and fantastic customer service we received, would not hesitate to recommend. I reached out to Shaun through his website just before the bank holiday weekend for a roof tile that had become loose and fallen down. Shaun responded quickly and after sending him a few pictures, he was able to provide me a quote and explain the likely situation and problem. He then sent someone out within the week to sort the issue. They turned up on time and we polite and friendly and fixed the issue in no time. Shaun initially gave us a quote for repair work to our offshoot roof which was very old, had no membrane underneath and starting to leak. After closer inspection he was very honest and advised that it would be more worthwhile having a full re-roof carried out. The work was done in a timely fashion and I was kept up to date with everything including photos of all work carried out. The finished product looks brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending Shaun and his team to anyone requiring roofing work.
