Work is of a poor standard and dangerous. PLEASE AVOID. Whilst Mr Turner is a competent salesperson his teams work is appalling. We recently discovered they propped up the single skin flu they installed on top of an oak beam inside a wall. Thankfully this was discovered before it caused a house fire so no one was hurt. I am not a builder but even I realise this is contrary to building regulation. Having smashed several roof tiles whilst fixing a chimney Mr Turner previously accepted his team had caused the damage and assured us they were qualified to repair. We consequently discovered that rather than replacing the slates they glued a thin strip of tile to look like a repair meaning the roof was not watertight (we had to pay a roofer to repair). I encourage all who have had a similar experience to report Turner Baker to trading standards before someone loses their home or worse.

I rang the Bristol Branch of Tuner Baker to ask for a quote for our leaking chimney, which has been an issue over the last three years despite multiple investigations and different treatments. The person I spoke to saved us both some effort by using google maps to look at the house, and then talking through all the surveys and investigative work that has already been done. He's given me really great advice (despite talking himself out of a job) and really helped cut through the conflicting responses we have had to date. Thank you!
