I’ve said yes to the dress. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience of choosing my wedding dress at Turner and pennell. Lovely friendly atmosphere with a relaxing vibe. Dee was helpful, patient and professional. She made the process of choosing “the one” easy. Great selection of dresses to try and look through. I would highly recommend brides to be to visit there. I can’t wait to wear my dress now.

Hidden away on the Eastwood Rd is this little gem! The beauty about this bridal store is that every bride to be has their own appointment whereby they are the only ones in the shop. This means the whole experience is dedicated just to you. I had an idea in my head of the type of dress that I wanted but there is such an array of dresses I was a bit overwhelmed but deanna was so helpful and picked out 5 dresses based on what I liked and then 2 in a completely different style. The whole experience was amazing and I said yes to the dress and didn’t need to shop around. Deanna also works with a very talented seamstress who helps you to get your dress to fit to perfection. Deanna makes sure you are happy with everything and books in your fittings in advance. On the day of collection my dress had been beautifully steamed and bagged. I cannot recommend turner and purnell enough if you are a bride to be you must book an appointment because you will not be disappointed!

Tried to get an appointment however there was a 2 month waiting list. When they emailed me stating they had an appointment free on the date I requested, I replied within half an hour to confirm the appointment and they said that they had already given it to someone else showing staff are very impatient in regards to communications. Due to this I decided that I did not want to get a dress from here.

It was my first bridal shop experience at T&P and I felt very nervous at first. That soon changed as the girls made me feel so relaxed giving me and my party free reign to look at the dresses and were so attentive explaining what the different styles were. The shop was thoughtfully laid out and not overwhelming at all. Nothing was too big a job and although I had a rough idea of what I wanted, I was able to try on a variety of different styles and narrow down to what I did and didn’t want with no judgement. There was a beautiful selection of dresses and I’m so pleased to say I said yes to the dress with a lovely veil to match. I’d definitely recommend T&P for any bride looking for their dream dress in a lovely and relaxed atmosphere with amazing staff.

Really lovely relaxed experience, the ladies here really knew there stuff and managed to pull styles that suited so well, it was a really lovely experience shopping here, i ended up finding my dress later elsewhere that wasnt stocked here but still would highly recommend attending for the knowledge and selection here
