Food was tasty but portion sizes weren’t great. The service on the other hand was poor. Had to ask for my starter which arrived a minute before my main. Waitress was pretty dismissive and tried to clear my plate while still eating, had to keep walking over to her to get her to do anything. Wouldn’t return simply because of the poor service.

Well… this place has quite a great variety of Turkish dishes. In terms of standards of food you can’t go wrong with this place, especially when you are eating in as it doesn’t get more fresher and flavoursome. We highly recommend to try out the Sarma Chicken Beyti or Lamb version. Overall our visits have always been satisfying ,however more recently we feel the hospitality and attentiveness of staff members let us down. Most recently we went in to dine-in and we were not given our menus for at least 10-15 minutes and it took them at least 20mins to order our drinks, which didn’t arrive until we had consumed most of our main meal. It is unfortunate but we still believe the food speaks for itself. Interior is cosy and lighting is perfect.

Been here a couple of times of the last few years. Service has decreased in standards over the last few visits. Visited on Sunday (7/5) and was seated by the young lady. We didn't receive any menus for over 5 mins despite asking a few times. Bear in mind there was only one other table, so it's understandable if it was busy but it wasn't! Received our food fairly promptly. However, received our drinks towards the end of our meal. Also, it would be nice if the waiters smiled a little more. Such a shame. Feels like management has changed? Will visit their other branches from now onwards.
