Absolutely horrendous! Got charged £26 for a uneven haircut and shave. I have used this establishment several times and usually they’re good, bearing in mind the owner usually cuts it. However this time an absolute joke of a barber who simply rushed the haircut and totally ruined it. Also the barber never gave me the package I paid for. Shameful to have such staff working here. Absolutely terrible experience. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The guy rushed my sons haircut, his hair was uneven over the whole head / ai had to point out several times parts that needed levelling out and shortening. The fade wasnpoor down one side. I have taken him elsewhere to correct it. The other place was shocked how poor the cut was. When it came to my cut the guy refused to do it and instead said the lady will do it because they work in turns. My personal preference was I didn't want a lady cutting my hair, to which he replied he “isn’t religious” and this “isn’t a mosque”. He didn’t respect my wishes one bit even though I have every right to choose whether a male or female cuts my hair. The lady herself was fully understanding of my personal choice but the guy just refused. Didn’t look like he wanted to be there and was more concerned about having a cigarette and breakfast. I found the experience totally inappropriate. I will never be using this place again even though I have been before. The sheer audacity and downright rudeness of the guy has permanently put me off. I have since been to another turkish barber nearby and had a great experience. Why cutting hair can be so complicated I do not understand. If the guy does not want to be there he shouldn’t be. This place has gone downhill. Visit at your peril. Service: Fade cut

Unprofessional, overpriced and need to be told step by step by customer on how to cut hair and they still get it wrong. No apologies instead blame customer. They also add to your bill by doing things you didn't ask for and then later charging you for it. Waited 3hrs when there was only 4 customers ahead of me and three hairdressers cutting hair. Very bad customer service First time I've been here and it will most certainly be the last.

Can’t comment on service as never made it that far!! They’re clearly doing so well they can afford to have people walking out in droves when they realise they were lied to about the wait! I gave up when we asked (after 45 mins) how long it would be and was told at least another half an hour. One of barbers was on his phone whilst cutting someone’s hair - hope he was concentrating! Also, the music videos they had on were very adult in theme which is something they need to consider when there’s children present.
