Horrible service. Spent 1.5 hour to check-in due to inefficient check in counter. Destination government already announced to reduce hotel quarantine requirement from 7 days to 3 days. However, the front desk officer was not aware about these update and not allow us boarding even I shown the government official announcement to them. Finally, the front desk supervisor replied me that he overlooked the email about this matter. I just have 10 mins from check-in counter to gate. Luckily, the flight has sightly delay.
