What a disaster, disabled people first put on a 3rd floor with no lifts so then given a ground floor room, difficult to access by fobs. The air circulation fan runs permanently and cannot be turned off and is quite loud and the room door has to be lifted to lock from the inside. OK 3rd move to a room that seems OK, fingers crossed. A very helpful and pleasant receptionist in/from Turing house..

(Translated by Google) As a hotel it leaves a lot to be desired, especially if you go for work. The beds are very uncomfortable or at least that was my case. The shower had mold, and the towels and room cleaning were done every two or three days. To get to the site, it is very poorly signposted, and in the event that there are many people, you do not have much parking. It is clear that the site is best geared for students. On the other hand, customer service has been quite good from the reception. Surely if I decide to return to Canterbury, this will be my last option to go.
