One star is one star too many. Promised to deliver on a given day. The day came and had to call and email to find out the time slot. Eventually told at 11.30am it would be 12pm to 3pm. It did not arrive and has not arrived. As with the promise of a delivery, the promise of a refund did not materialise. Poor communication Inaccurate communication Non supply of paid for goods. But very good at taking your money!

Was told my delivery of 76 rolls would be here yesterday, was then told that it would be delivered today before 12pm. I was also told that I would be given a 2 hour time slot and this hasn’t happened. It is now 3pm and I haven’t heard a thing from them! I have been trying to email and phone them. Have even sent them a message on Facebook and tweeted them and there has been no contact back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a bundle of 50 rolls which were on discount. It was priced really competitively and they also did free delivery! I called their customer service hotline who were very helpful to answer any questions. The turf arrived on time and it was decent quality. The only thing was that the bundle discounted turf is of varying quality and when you lay it down it does not give you a consistent look and feel. However, I got what I paid for and overall very satisfied with the purchase.
