Called in to the store to buy some instrument leads and was happy. Was able to get some quality leads for a gig that my band are doing soon. There were lots of nice instruments in there too including basses , keyboards and guitars. Well worth a look if you are passing.

Look else where. Prices are higher than average, website gives a very poor version of what they have in stock. Unable to answer very basic questions about their product which seems to bring upon a strong sense of insecurity. After which, they decided to ignore me with no service from that point onwards. Very rude. Cannot handle simple customer service.

Arrived here at 5.05pm and was blankly told "we're closed" Lights were on and there were 2 older men sitting down inside. I asked "Could I have a look for literally 2 minutes?" Was told "no" Opening time online states its open until 6.30pm so I was pretty confused by their rudeness. No apology was offered. The man was pretty unfriendly towards me and its a shame because I have a budget a few thousand to spend on a new guitar but I guess Tune Inn wont be getting my custom soon or in fact ever!
