What a wonderful service! THE BEST! This is premium customer service. Pasquale went out of his way to help me and not only solved my problem he make me feel that I bought a premium product as I can count on them for life! I only have TUMI SUITCASES and never had a problem, recently my ballistic suitcase which I have had for +|~ 10 years started to fail. It has travelled the world with me but the handle broke down. I took it today to the shop and Pasquale did what I would call “Suitcase surgery” I am impressed and most grateful! Bravo TUMI excellent customer care!

No answer to emails of complaint. Suitcase less than six months old is ripped after second flight. Three emails and a web enquiry later I finally receive a response from Germany telling me that I must send the suitcase (an extra large) to Germany, at my own cost for it to be reviewed! I believe this is again UK consumer law as the product is not fit for purpose and less than six months old. I have eight TUMI cases in total spanning the past ten years. This most recent purchase is substandard and not what you would expect from a company that one used to associate with quality. AVOID
