I am happy with Tulup after they explained to me what am I expecting with my delivery. I received my delivery with care and good packaging. I ordered 7 items from them regarding the glass art because the quality is very good in compare to others who sell glass art. You have to patiently wait though with the delivery because its been transported but when you received the items. It's all worth the wait.

I have spent six months trying to deal with the fallout from Fedex for the import charges as a result of purchasing one picture. I was reimbursed the import charges by Tulup but then say sent me some extra wall hangings, free of charge but they declared these as the same value as the painting and I was charged another £50 from Fedex. I strongly advise not to order anything from this company if you live in the UK

This UK company sends its prints to the UK from Poland via Fedex and this incurs very significant charge NOT mentioned to you - Advancement Fe, Duty and VAT. If you order more than one print - you charges will be multiplied by number of parcels as they send to Fedex total invoice (I was charged 65% on the top of their original charge for 2 prints. After a legal-style warning they have reimbursed me for these charges imposed by Fedex . it is a shame they hide charges and can't do paper work properly as I do like quality of their products.

Worst experience ever. First we made an order and they say they will deliver within 5 days from the order confirmation. Its been already 10 working days since the order and nothing was received. Second, due to them not filling the contry of origin ( that they claim is Poland ) Fedex insist now on us paying tax on import from Outside of the EU. £57 only because they did not put country of origin. And they say they will not deal with it, as this is something to do with Brexit... still dont get how them filling the form incorrectly is something to do with Brexit. So they owe us now £57 and they hang up 4 times today on me and my husband...

Glass picture came printed out of centre, got another sent this was printed the other way out of centre! Asked for one printing correctly and was told to return the item at my expense to Poland.
