ordered takeaway prawn madras and poopadums with mint/ raita sauce which tasted very sweet! rather than savoury and a few chappatis , 1) curry very oily 2) prawns are as someone had already mentioned so tiny they didn’t look like prawns . 3) TASTELESS , no onion or anything in the curry , it was a chore to eat to find flavour cost me £17 so not cheap , won’t come here again glad didn’t go whole hog for me and wife .. a ooor indian and i’ve tried curry’s from the locality and around the world so o know what decent tastes like

Usually the food is great but last two times have been disappointing. Lamb bhuna was not cooked long enough. Today my starter of lamb kebab was lovely. However I ordered a prawn curry. This was a real let down to me and Tulsi... The prawns were like shrimps . I believe cooked from frozen very tasteless and very overcooked. There wasn't any onions even! Very poor..... I tried to find an email to contact you to produce a positive experience for you and your customers but I could not find one. Disappointed will give you one more try

We visited Tulsi in Pontefract last Friday night after arriving from New York City (tired & jet lagged) for a local family event. The food & service are probably the best UK Indian restaurant experience we’ve ever had as our party of 5 loved every minute of being there. The Naga Jalfrezi was truly exceptional as were the Onion Bhaji’s that equaled the same size as a baseball! Excellent friendly staff too who treat us superbly. A terrific night out was had by all therefore, the next time we’re in town, Tulsi is an absolute must. Great job guys. Please keep up the wonderful work…
